Photo Booth FAQ
What’s included with the photo booth
The photo booth rental includes setup, an on-site attendant, unlimited prints during the booked time, digital copies, props, backdrop options and a private online gallery after the event.
How much space do you need?
For the best setup, the photo booth needs approximately 8 × 8 feet of space.
This allows enough room for the backdrop, booth, lighting, props table and guests to stand comfortably. If your venue has limited space, let me know in advance and I’ll help you understand what setup will work best.
Do you need access to power?
Yes. The photo booth needs access to a standard electrical outlet near the setup area.
Ideally, the outlet should be within a reasonable distance of the booth location. If the outlet is far away, the venue may need to provide an extension cord or help confirm the best setup spot.
Can we choose the backdrop?
Yes. You can choose from the available backdrop options.
I currently offer elegant backdrop choices such as gold, rose gold and white, depending on availability. If you have a specific wedding color palette or event style, I can help you choose the option that fits best.
Are prints unlimited?
Yes. Prints are unlimited during your booked photo booth time.
Guests can take multiple photos throughout the event, and prints are made on-site during the rental period.
Are digital copies included?
Yes. Digital copies are included.
After the event, you’ll receive access to the digital photo booth gallery, so you can download and share the images. Depending on the setup and Wi-Fi availability at the venue, guests may also be able to send photos to themselves during the event.
Can we add a guestbook?
Yes, a guestbook can be added as an option.
With a guestbook, guests can place a printed photo inside and leave a personal message for you. It’s a beautiful keepsake from the reception and gives you something physical to look back on after the wedding.
If you’d like to add this, let me know before the event so I can prepare it in advance.
Is the photo booth available as a wedding package add-on?
Yes. The photo booth can be added to your wedding photo/video package. It’s a great reception add-on because it gives guests something fun to do while also creating extra printed and digital memories from the night.
