Wedding Photo + Video Packages

The best package depends on your timeline, how much of the day you want covered, and how many angles/moments are important to you.

If you want simple photo + video coverage, one photographer and one videographer may be enough.
If you want more candid moments, family reactions, getting-ready coverage, reception details, or multiple angles during the ceremony, a larger team is usually a better choice.

Yes. Every wedding is a little different, so packages can be adjusted based on your timeline, coverage needs and priorities.

You can customize things like:

• number of coverage hours;
• number of photographers or videographers;
• engagement session;
• drone footage;
• short vertical videos/reels;
• photo booth;
• extra coverage time.

If one of the standard packages doesn’t fully fit your day, I can create a custom option for you.

Yes, vows and speeches can be included in your wedding film when they are part of the wedding timeline and we have access to capture clean audio.

Before the wedding, we’ll discuss your ceremony, speeches and any important audio moments so we can plan for them properly.

For the best result, it’s important to let me know in advance if you want vows, speeches, letters or special audio moments included in the final video.

You’ll receive all the best edited photos from your wedding day. I don’t limit the final gallery to a small fixed number because every wedding is different. The final amount depends on your timeline, number of locations, guest count, details, and how many moments naturally happen throughout the day. 

 All delivered photos are professionally edited and provided in a private online gallery.

Wedding photos are usually delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Wedding video deliverables are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks, depending on the season, wedding length and complexity of the edit.

If your package includes a teaser or short videos, we’ll confirm the delivery timeline before booking so you know what to expect.

RAW files are not included in standard wedding packages.

Your package includes professionally edited final photos and/or edited video deliverables. RAW files are unfinished working files and do not represent the final style, color, quality or artistic direction of the work.

If you would like to request RAW photo files, this can be discussed separately as an add-on. RAW video files are not normally included unless agreed in writing before booking.

Yes, drone footage can be added to many wedding packages.

However, drone use depends on location rules, venue permission, weather conditions and flight safety. Some venues or areas may not allow drone filming, so this always needs to be confirmed in advance.

If drone footage is important to you, let me know your venue and timeline before booking so I can check whether it makes sense for your wedding day.

Yes. A photo booth can be added to your wedding package.

It’s a fun option for the reception and gives your guests printed and digital memories from the night. The photo booth includes setup, props, backdrop options, unlimited prints during the booked time, and an on-site attendant.

If you’re booking wedding photo/video coverage with me, I can also offer a special wedding add-on price for the photo booth.

Yes. Every wedding booking is confirmed with a signed contract.

The contract clearly outlines your date, coverage hours, package details, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation policy, delivery timeline and any custom add-ons.

This helps make sure everything is clear before the wedding day.

To reserve your wedding date, you’ll need to sign the contract and pay a non-refundable retainer.

The retainer secures your date and confirms that your wedding is officially booked in my calendar. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms listed in your contract.
